SnowBow: Act I The initial inspiration for the NARCISS Fall/Winter 2011-2012 collection ”SnowBow: Act I“ is a snowbow. This is a rare weather phenomenon formed when sunlight is reflected and refracted by ice crystals in the air. It is similar to a rainbow, but only occurs in snowy weather. Despite its faint colours, snowbow is brilliant in its beauty which lies in its instant nature. It is very precious, because it only exists for a short moment and then fades away forever. |
